Make sure your flavors compliment each other, if using peach canned and drained will work as well as frozen. Mix well and that's it, simple and tasty.

Ok, my sis and I both make this over a couple days. You can make it faster but it will be runny and if either of us saw it you'd get the eyebrow. So be patient and make it right. ;>

    Day 1:
Thaw either a frozen bag of mixed berries or get 3 different types of berries and thaw. My sister and I use any combo of raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries - a round berry. We do not use strawberries. They become to mushy after a day or two.

Use one package of strawberry jello as the bottom layer, set the jello and mix in the assortment of berries. Make sure you drain ALL the excess water from the berries.

We use a 8" x 12" baking dish. Put in refrigerator overnight to set.

    Day 2:
Spread sour cream evenly over the set berries in jello. Let set overnight.

    Day 3:
Spoon do not pour another berry jello - we use raspberry jello over the sour cream. If your pour it in you will break the sour cream and have a runny mess. Put back in the refrigerator and let set. You can do this Thanksgiving morning if you are having an afternoon or evening dinner.
