Most of the stuff he sells probably would be of no interest to the average consumer, only die-hard Disney fans. Still, if he's distributing and selling copyrighted material without authorization, then that's the reason for the lawsuit.

What I do think though is that Disney is missing out on an untapped market by not producing their own extinct attractions DVD's.
