Grad night specifially should not affect crowds at the parks on June 5 though other factors could like other local events. My guess is DL will close a couple hours before the festivities begin. Also last year there was a pre party of some sorts at DCA before I think at 10pm, expect that park to close a couple hours before that time as well. Also keep in mind scheduling could change from last year.

The actual park hours will be posted at Disneyland.com. The kids can't get in to the parks until the specified time, so it does not affect crowds. We could see Disneyland from our room-the castle was pulsating to the rhythm of the music that loudly plays in MS during Grad Nights-all night long. Luckily, we could not hear the music in our room-but the castle sure looked TIRED by 5am! ;0)
