Grand Californian parking

    You use the self-parking, which is across the street from the hotel. We usually pull up to the front door to offload luggage and people first. The valets have no problem at all with doing that.

    I think that even when you self park across the street you still pay the $11.50 resort fee reguardless if you have a car there or not. The resort fee has a tax of the 50 cents so that is where the $11.50 comes from.

    If you decide to use the Valet, it is an extra $12 a day (might be even more), over and above the resort fee.
