Napa Rose's menu is much more eclectic and varied. Granville's seemed much more sedate, with wooden panels, and a more formal atmosphere. Napa Rose has an open kitchen, which I love.

I have reviews posted of both restaurants, if that would help you any. Here's the review of our Granville visit from January of this year: <a href="http://www.colddeadfish.net/dlrrests/granvilles012105.html" target="_blank">http://www.colddeadfish.net/dl

Here's a review from dinner in February 2003: <a href="http://www.colddeadfish.net/naparose/napa022303.html" target="_blank">http://www.colddeadfish.net/na

Best service, eclectic mix, amazing wine list and beautiful surroundings. Make a real event of it and stay all night in the restaurant and lounge. You won't regret it.

Napa Rose is a feast for the senses.

Granville's is just a relatively high-quality steakhouse, although I do love their salad dressing.
