We went to the parks on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Sunday: was not too crowded (Note: I have a brain and heart condition that allows me to bypass SOME of the main entrance lines). We got there around 10:30am and went straight over to get our World of Color passes. We managed to see WOC, and the Fireworks! Beautiful.....

Monday: WET! WET! WET! It rained a river! As true Oregonians, we came prepared with our raincoats, rainboots, and umbrellas. Started off at Goofy's Kitchen, and then headed off to the parks. It was not crowded ALL day! People were scared of rain?? At 3pm the rain stopped and the sun came out. Nice from then on......

Tuesday: A bit more crowded, but rides no more then a 10 or so minute wait.

Wednesday: was our "off" day from Disney. Rented a car and drove to Hollywood. Beautiful 80 degree day. Walked through a Park in Beverly Hills, shopped at the Sherman Oaks Mall, Window shopped down Rodeo Drive....and then as we were driving down Hollywood Blvd, I spotted the theatre where WICKED was playing. There were people lined up around the block to put their names in for the Wicked Lottery (you put your name into a bowl 2 hours befor the show. They draw 10 names. If your name is picked, you get 2 tickets @$25/each!)I begged my Mom to stop, so we could put our names in. There were an estimated 400 to 500 people there. Winning was looking slim, but guess what?!?!?! I WON!!! 6th name called!! This would be my 30th showing of WICKED, and I couldn't have been more excited!!! WICKED and DISNEYLAND are my 2 MAJOR hobbies, and to have them both in the same trip was OUT OF THIS WORLD for me!! The seats were front row, smack in the center.
We drove back to Anaheim happy and extremely inspired (and very late) that night ;-)

Thursday: Pretty crowded! We covered everything though....

Friday: Last day :-( EXTREMELY crowded!! Did single riders on alot of Cali Adventure rides, and used my GAC more then I like to in Disneyland. That night we sat in front of the Castle, taking in all the magic, knowing how much we would miss it until next time......

I am going again in February 2013. Taking 10 people with me who have all never been to Disneyland!! I love taking newbies!!

I did the lottery in Cincinnati and did not win. Ended up paying too much for obstructed view seats.

Since you've seen the show 30 times----at the opening when they're singing "she's dead..." is Elphaba dead or alive?

Rsey103: The beginning of Wicked is also the end. Yes. They do believe that Elphaba is dead. When the curtain goes up, the cast is standing in a circle looking down (watching Elphaba melt). That's why the say "good news!! She's dead!" then Glinda comes down from her bubble and goes back in time and tells us of how her and Elphie first met, and how they became friends :)

Greetings fellow webfooter! I grew up in Gresham, and my mom still lives in Portland in the same house we had when I was in high school. (Now I live ten miles from DIsneyland!)

    >>People were scared of rain?<<
Isn't it hilarious? You'd think they were ALL the Wicked Witch of the West!

And how cool that you got to see Wicked at the Pantages! Isn't it the perfect theater venue for this show?

Was your Elphaba played by Eden Espinosa? If so, there's another Disneyland connection. Eden started out as a performer at Disneyland, and went on the the Broadway production of Wicked.
