When we first got there it was an interesting blend of both...the Christmas decorations were starting to go up but there were still carved pumpkins in several spots. By the last day there the big Christmas trees were up, they were filming the Christmas Parade, and a lot of the garlands and decorations were up. Neither the lights on the castle or the lights on Small World were finished though.
