Does Disneyland have any "Not so Scary" type event planned? What kind of Halloween stuff will there be to do this year, if any?

I understand no Nightmare event is scheduled but does anyone know if and when they will be nightmare-izing the Mansion?

    Thanks,

We will be going in October, normally we go in November to see the Christmas decorations, however that didn't work out this year. I am so happy that we will get to see a holiday being celebrated and we all love Halloween.

My daughter is also excited because this is the first trip where she will be taking her best friend along.

DCA will probably close to the public at 6 on the dates that the event runs 6:30-10:30. 4 hours is plenty of time for the event. The lines for the characters did get incredibly long and slow tho. I'd really wanted to get my photo with Mickey because he was dressed as Zorro, as was I, but I bailed from the line after 10 or 15 minutes and still being dozens of people away, with the line barely moving.

Just to be clear, there are 2 different Halloween offerings this year, "Disney's HalloweenTime" includes park decor and characters, and I think a Halloween show at Golden Dreams. It's part of your regular park admission.

"Mickey's Halloween Treat" is a separately ticketed event, and is in DCA after it closes to the public.
