Just not keen at all. However the locals lap it up so much that October is the busiest off-season month by far. Crazy. Just goes to show if you tailor your product to the local market what success you really can have.

What it shows is that you need to be smart about the product. There is no reason why a popular attraction like Buzz or ToT can't be at every resort. The question is when is it appropriate to do so.

I have no problem with Buzz or ToT at every resort, although I do believe WDI is capable (or should be) of making a similar experience with a different theme (like TDS's version of Tower). That is why I have a problem with homogenization. Or things like HKDL's Pooh, which is such a complete lift of the MK's version that it even has the Toad handing the deed over to Owl, which makes NO sense in the HKDL context. Parks shouldn't be built like they were made on a copier at Office Depot ... they should be crafted and, although similar, should be unique in their own right. Having the exact same merchandise, for example, at WDW and DL is not a good thing no matter how much more streamlined it may make buying. Parades and shows should be different. That's what impressed me greatly about the quality of DLP's live entertainment. It was worlds above WDW's. I would hate to see that dumbed down.

I'm kind of dissapointed that they got rid of the cables in Frontierland that connected the tower to Big Thunder, but that may just not have been set up yet. If you are going to do something totally outrageous, you need to do it all the way. "I was under the impression that the only decoratons from Tokyo are the ones which appear on the tram route?" I think that the giant Mickey pumpkin in Town Square might also be an import, but I'm not sure. They could also have transplanted most of the jack-o-lanterns, and most people woudn't know the difference, but I believe they are all new.
