I would be more inclined towards the Halloween events due to the fact there are not many other special events that time of year, whereas when MVMCP is on, the FREE Candlelight Processional, Holidays around the World, Jaming Jingle Parade and Osborne Lights are all on. Also, I prefer the vibe of Halloween and love dressing up. Or if you can go at both times of year, enjoy MNSHP and then go to WDW and enjoy all the offerings for free Christmas week.
