Hopefully the boards will be up long enough to get up-to-date. We were burning the candle at both ends since October 29th when we got the keys to our new house. That came to a halt Christmas Eve when we all started coming down with colds or flu or whatever it was.
Get well soon! Well, my dad liked the hat rack I designed and built for him. And I managed to see Merrily We Roll Along a second time, on Christmas Day. Supposedly, it will be out again locally sometime in March, for quite possibly just a single showing. It seems like they're almost trying to pull a "Bialystock & Bloom" with the movie version.
That's a great hat rack. We need more things like that in the new house. They only left one coat rack in the entryway. Rod can do it; if we ever have time again. I'd say we're at about 85% well now. From what I can tell, I brought home a cold from Disneyland. Our son only goes to the one store in Mountain Ranch and everyone there has had the flu. So I was getting better and so was he and then we swapped viruses. Poor Rod got them both at the same time. Lots of junk coughed up and I'll spare any more details. Just glad it's almost over. The friend I was at Disneyland with had almost the exact same symptoms as me so that's why I'm sure that's where we got it. Funny thing, she wore a mask and was constantly using hand sanitizer. I didn't but we both got sick.
