Everyone brings something to share which is MOST appreciated I wish I knew of a way to have the turkey roasted and carved and hot with pan gravy made AHEAD of time. The last minute carving and mess(we are not very food networky nor does anyone willingly volunteer to carve the turkey)is kind of a pain when everything else is trying to be warmed in the oven and get to the table at the same time.
