A cast member is yelling at the front group to stop making noises and that they are being disrespectful to the spirits of the mansion. He then yells to them to stop and to go into the next room. He was mainly talking to one group. We finally get into the other room and this cast member is face to face with one guy telling him to stop disturbing the spirits, stop with the howling and the noises,... It was hard to tell if he was joking cause he had that voice as if he was in character for this ride. I say that because he then starts talking in a normal tone to the guy that he was going to get security to remove him, which never happened. Is this part of the act to gear you up? Quite a few people weren't sure what to make of it and I noticed one kid start crying! It really freaked this poor kid out!

What could possibly give a person the idea that they can have a loud conversation in a preshow with the lights down low and other people watching? Its like the whole sitting in the middle of the row when you have been asked to move to the end because the show is full. However in that case I am guilty of taking out my frustrations by not watching where I am going and accidentally stepping on peoples feet. Gosh I am sooo sorry.

Well they decided to ignore the CM. This big bear of a man sitting behind them stood up and said..."Get up and move to the end of the row NOW!!! They turned around and looked at him but didnt move. He then said "Dont make me help you move!!!" At which point the looked at each other, stood up and moved. The entire audience started to clap and cheer. One of those great times when a guest says what the CM was thinking I am sure.

It is great for them they have been there a thousand times but for those that are making their first trip it is impossible to hear the words with the clapping, stomping and signing along. It makes for a nothing experience and when they go home the tell friends not to bother going to CBJ because you can't hear anything. Fewer guest go...Disney management looks at the numbers and like magic, it's gone. All that is needed is just a little common courtesy.

People were still coming in, and the CM pointed right at my dad (who was halfway in the aisle) and said, "You, right there, move to your right!" He did it in an angry fashion. My dad just kind of looked at him quizzically, and didn't do it since there was nowhere to go without being a fire hazard. They kept letting poeple in (way over the limit), and this kid came up and told my dad, "You have to slide over to make room for other people, right now!" My dad said to him, "Look, this is an aisle, and I'm already halfway in it, not sitting on a seat. I won't become a fire hazard because you guys forgot to shut the doors." Also, there were poeple in other aisles that had not slid down to this point. Well, the CM got ticked off, and during the show stood RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY DAD! My dad couldn't see the whole time. We asked him to move, and he just kept ignoring us. He was a teenage black kid, and I didnt' get his name, but he was totlally rude. EVen the people behind us were trying to get him to move. On the way out, I had some choice words with him, and all he said was, "I'm glad you're leaving my attraction." I replied, "I'm glad I'll never see your fat face here again, moron." I hate getting rude, but dang, some people deserve it.
