The witness could conceivably be jumpy or quick to interpret something sexually criminal or he could be viewed as somewhat of an expert in the field of sex crimes and offer rock solid testimony---- hard to say at this point.

It is an unfortunate thing, that any place that attracts families, or children, will attract deviants. Disney has many policies in place for the parks and resorts for the incedents that happen. I have to admit, I was in my own "world" thinking WDW was so nice and perfect, then I did a search and found some forums that brought up some incedents that I found hard to beleive. ONE THING TO REMEMBER, if you ever have an incedent, if your child is missing, GO DIRECTLY TO A SECURITY PERSON, or CM who will find SECURITY FOR YOU. They have a plan in place and WILL LOCATE YOUR CHILD or TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. It takes all kinds to make up the world and in that makeup are good and bad people. Keep an eye on your kids, ( I have seen a parent with a sort of leash on the little one ) and you will be ok. If your child walks away, high tail it to a CM to contact security. If the child is abducted, time is against the deviant and Security will use its full resource of cameras to find and detain the deviant and return your child. Don't be embarrassed if you think your child is just lost, let security determin that. you need to allow security time to locate them before the deviant can reach the gate. Sorry, I do not have the search parameter for these stories, but they are there. It is good to know what to do if you ever need help at the Disney Resorts. ( my apologies to those who find my comments "degrading" to the Disney Parks but unfortunately, life is not perfect anywhere, and we need to be able to navigate should we need to. again, aplogies offered. ) ID
