Help with DSL/Cable delima

I called Qwest and they refuse to repair it unless I switch to Qwest DSL, which I don't want because it's through MSN and AT&T said that they can't repair it, that it has to be repaired by Qwest. So, I figure, FINE, I'll switch to Comcast Cable. BUT, there is no cable hookup upstairs near the computer and Comcast said they can't install one without permission from the HOA.

    Any suggestions?

    I'm sure they would approve it, but we would have to wait for the Architectural Committee to meet in three weeks (already doing this for a roof replacement) and I just can't survive that long on dial-up. I'm just not that strong. =P

    I'll go the wireless router route.
