DCA is pretty torn apart right now because they are updating it and adding a new land (Carsland). To see more on that you should look at the DCA expansion board. I am sure there are a lot of other things but I can't think of them right now.

I started looking on DL's website to see if I could find what was new, but since I didn't know what I was looking for it was kind of hard. Thanks to everyone for the updates.
