    1) Shanghai Park – I know it’s been mentioned many times but Shanghai Financial News today says the Shanghai park will become operational as soon as 2010, to coincide with the World Expo that will take place in the same year. There have also been reports that the new Disney theme park will not be an MK.

    2) HKDL news – Ming Pao Daily quoted an imagineer as saying that there will be modest attractions being built in the next 2 – 3 years; large-scale attractions won’t appear until 3 – 5 years later.

Then I hope they're only expecting modest attendance in the next 2-3 years and that large-scale attendance won't appear for another 3-5 years.

It isn't really a destination in its own right yet, but hopefully with time they will be able to expand it to its true potential.

There is a grassy area that leads up to the train tracks, which would allow for a facade similar to the one in DL. If they are building it behind the teacups (which is entirely possible) they will need to reconfigure the queue and entrance, along with how the facade will be seen from the entrance.
