Then I deep-fry them in canola oil for 10-12 minutes. Drain them on paper towels. For the sauce (sorry I don't have a homemade recipe) I use Franks Red Hot. By far the best hot wing sauce I've ever had. It's hot, but has great flavor too. I prepare it similar to the recipe on the back of the bottle, but I use a little less butter. So I mix that all together on the stove, whisk until the butter is melted & blended. Then I put the wings in a 9 x 13 pan, cover it with the sauce, cover with foil & refrigerate overnight. (I think this makes them so much more yummy. Sitting in that sauce all night. The day I want to serve them, I just pop the tray in a cold over, covered with foil, heat to 350 for 20 minutes or so & they're ready to serve.
