I have read reviews on the Sheraton renovations, and they seem very positive. The Hilton is nice, but it is so huge, it can be a big hassle getting around. It is a big convention hotel, and it can take forever to get an elevator. And getting in and out of the parking garage takes forever too. The two times I have stayed there it just seemed so crowded. The pool at the Sheraton Park is awesome! Don't know if that will be an issue for you in December though. (my kids want to swim all year, so for us it would be) The pool is big, and the grounds are nicely landscaped with palm trees. And there is a pool bar with servers, so you can have lunch and umbrella drinks brought to you poolside, which is great! Have a great trip!
