As for getting from the airport to your hotel, I think a taxi cab is the best if you have 3 or more people, and maybe even good if you only have 2. Quick and non-stop, around $40 one way. There is the Disneyland Express and the Shuttle Vans, they are around $10 one way, but there are waiting times for other passengers and multiple stops in dropping folks off. Since the price difference isn't that much, OMHO, go for the convenience.
