I find most Disney forums are filled with disgruntle ex CMs and they blame everything on the person at the top. LP has fewer of them but still has some. I seen some post that call Mr. Weiss a hack but do you think that someone who did not know what they were doing could work there way up to President of WDW. Then keep that job for 12+ years then get promoted. I think not... the man is Brilliant.

But even people I know who like him personally have never called him brilliant. I do think he's been close to brilliant at destroying all the high standards for quality, maintenance and guest/cast satisfaction that WDW used have, though.

Let's hope he does not "muck it up".
