How early to the ticket booths open?

    Also...how have the crowds been in the middle of the week? We went for dinner last night and it was so packed that we left after 30 minutes. I think it was because of Mickey's Trick or Treat or whatever that thing is in CA Adventure...

    ElderP thinks Guest Services, it may be worth a try just to call the number, and ask, if I were to buy a ticket over the phone where would I pick it up? But you're right, if it is at the Ticket Window, you're not saving yourself any measurable amount of time.

    But Guest Services seems to be closing earlier and earlier lately, heck it was closed at 5 PM last night. With the new computer system, they can do almost all the stuff they can do at Guest Services at any booth.

    I don't think it would save much time to call in advance.

    I don't think I'm going to do Will Call because honestly, how long will the ticket lines be on a Tuesday?

    Does Main Street open before the rest of the park? I feel like I should know this but with an AP...I never end up going before it opens!

    When the park opens at 10 AM, USUALLY the park gates open at 9:30 AM, and then folks are allowed to shop and eat on Main Street, and a rope is placed at the north end, aka rope drop at 10 AM.

    When the park opens at 8 AM or earlier, there is no rope drop. Also a week from Sunday, there is a good chance there will be no rope drop due to the CHOC walk event.

    Because there is early entry on tuesday the ticket booths will open at 8am. And they will start letting "regular" guests in at 9:45am.
