Then it took another 5 minutes to jog to where they allowed us in line which was almost It's a Small World. They then led us to under the monorail platform for a wait as the first sub didn't leave till around 8:30. I got on the sub around 8:45 and got off it at 9:00. Every time I walked by later in the day it was always around 2 hours long.

The line was moving and then it stopped completely for about 15 minutes. Then they were up and moving again. It was a cute ride, but not worth the hassle twice in one trip!

There is a blue umbrella set up where I would say the triangle between Matterhorn, Sub lagoon and the hamburgers are sold (can't think of the name) it's where the queue starts wrapping after being in a straight line around the lagoon. The sign says one hour from there. In line for Space, we heard a group talking about how they got in line there and it took 30 minutes from the time they got inline to the ride starting for them. Not too bad. They also said the line moved most of the time. It must have been a time that all subs were moving along nicely Interesting though, the line for Matterhorn was always really small compared to the usual lines
