I called 911, paramedics dropped by and said if he's not feeling well later to goto the hospital. We were gone at least 3 hours or so. While we were gone no one cleaned our bathroom. It was a mess. We needed towels in the morning and no one would bring any up. Our toliet wasnt working, and they couldnt fix it because other toliets were broken also. Have to also agree with the bad AC, we had that too. Then again it's been six years for us. Good luck, hope I didn't scare you.

At the front desk when I told them I had asked for a nonsmoking room was told they were all now nonsmoking. When I explained that i am extremly allergic and asked to be moved they moved us upstairs to a nonsmoking room. I would say compaired to park place this hotel is not very good. We only stayed there because we could not get park place. Won't stay there again unless we have to. Also be careful of Coco's next door had poor service there. We ordered and two couples came in after we ordered. They both had their food before we did. One couple was almost finished with their food when the manager came over for me to talk to. We finally got our food just as the couple was leaving and the manager did not charge us. but put a sour taste in my mouth for eating there and probably won't go back.
