Lunch menu looks limited yet less expensive. Would Napa Rose or Granville's be a better choice?? The disney dining CM said it is a traditional Japanese style restaurant..sitting on the floor etc. We splurged at Blue Bayou last year, so this would be our splurge dinner this year. We still want to do BB, so we'll go there for a dessert so we can take in the ambiance.

We will be eating there for our next trip. My son calls sushi "shushi" and is looking forward to our visit.

So the best person to judge if the place is right for their kids is their parents.

Yes, it's more expensive than back home, but good service, good food, and the personal touches we've experienced bring us back. As far as I know, they too are cast members-some of the good ones in my book.
