    BTW, figured out how to do it - For me, if I draw a six normally - i.e., start with the "stem" and then draw the circle, my eg changes direction. BUT, if I start by drawing the circle part of the 6 first (doing it clockwise), then my foot will still go clockwise!

    i tried it, and could do it with concentration. I am sure this is a rhythm problem, like playing the drums, where your feet and hands are doing different things. My sister dances the flamenco, and she told me how difficult it was in the beginning to learn to play the castanets, since each hand is tapping out a different cadence.
