I was shocked to see the neglected, rundown condition of so many venues. Most shocking was the old XZFR Rockin' Rollerdome building (that shows you how far back I remember the place). It was literally open to the elements, and I could see rotting interiors. Unbelievable. I am not surprised that grass will replace some of these buildings. They have been allowed to deteriorate so badly, it seems the "best" solution. But what a sheer waste.

If I can find some respite in a little park area while the rest of my group is off pushing people out of the way to get their hands on a prized Disney ornament then you can find me there. My guess is it won't remain that way forever.
