Obviously here in Utah there's plenty o' Glenn Beck, crazy person, fans, since he's a Mormon. But there's also plenty of people who absolutely hate that connection. Several of my good Mormon friends just cringe and wince when someone talks about him being LDS. They're terribly embarrassed by it.

Rarely do 45 year olds carry the same beliefs as when they were 15-18. You and Beck might have had great teachers backed up by a stellar curriculum in those days; I'd bet that high strung Beck went off the deep end well past high school.
