If you have any problems getting what you want, all I can tell ya is it was obvious someone behind the front desk at PPH was creating my balloons and picture while the check-in CM had me wait. So don't give up, and bug the front desk after check-in if necessary.

I wanted it to be somewhat of a surprise so when we went back to the hotel I told DH that I wanted to check out something in the store, I knew he wouldn't follow me I just asked at the desk and they got them ready for me in about 2 minutes For my birthday, I mentioned to the CM in the Concierge Lounge that it was my birthday and they got the balloons and pin for me, also in about 2 minutes I have also stopped by the front desk at the GCH to request balloons when my niece was staying there. She said she got a message and they were at the front desk.

They will set up special deliveries, make your preferred seating ressies, even Fantasmic Balcony seating ressies. You just call them and they'll do it. Personally I'd rather make my own ressies cause I know it's done!!!

I always have a printed itenerary waiting for me at the desk when I check in listing all my ressies places and times...I have even had them call me during my stay to see if there is anything else I need while I am there. And, whatever I have ordered has shown up the same day I requested.
