i got mickey to ride dumbo with me

    They don't. The only time a character would attend any attraction would be if they were doing filming for a commercial, etc. Characters will not go on attractions with Guests during regular operation.

    that should be a tour, you spend a morning with the characters riding a few rides then have lunch with a few other characters. They could trade them off between tours so the people inside don't get to hot.

I don't think there was any filming going on as I didn't see any cameras.I thought that it was neat for them to do it. It did appear random. It surely must have made a memorable trip for those 6 guests. Granted Chip and Dale are definitely not Mickey or Minnie.

    I've seen several characters ride with guests. Like mentioned earlier, I saw Alice, Mad Hatter, and Tweedle Dee and Dum riding on the tea cups with guests. That same trip I also saw Snow White riding the carosel, and Mickey and Pluto riding the astro orbiters (although they were alone in their rockets).

The Queen refused to ride with any guests as she just spread out her dress and let the ride spin her. The Tweedles also shared a cup but the others all rode with guests. I also saw Bert and Mary Poppins riding the The Carousel.

    They used to do it along time ago but I guess had stopped. I'm glad that they are doing it again as it is a great piece of magic especially for little kids.

    The people inside where? The attractions?

    Characters do sometimes ride "their" attractions (Alice on Tea Cups, for example), and I have seen characters on the Mark Twain, the double decker bus, and the Carousel. So, perhaps it would be possible to get Mickey on Dumbo. I just don't recall seeing him in that area lately, and it seems he would be swamped with guests if he were...
