Disneyland has a waiver out on the ride to make it a mode of transportation, rather than a "fixed" attraction because of that very issue. It once sunk while I was on it (I weigh about 375-400), and all the guests were cover in duck poo. It was horrific. That's why I want to make my own "childish" attraction here, so I don't have to sink the boats.
