I work in the playroom at a hospital on the oncology floor and the other day our pm craft was making mickey and minnie ears! i cut out strips of black paper and we measured heads and then stapled them into a circle.

I made a template of a half oval so the kids could trace and then cut, and then a template of a minnie bow to trace and cut. and then of course 2 circles.

Glue the half oval to the strips of black paper and then glue the circles on for the ears and for the girls glue on the bow. they turned out so cute!
