Originally Posted By serendipityaey Doing a good neighbor deal through triple A is a nice, easy way to do it, tho you can usually find better deals doing each thing separately. I use kayak.com to check hotel deals, I've gotten some pretty good deals there. You could probably get a better deal at a site where you bid, but I really don't want to mess with that. We're going in late June and I had a really hard time finding deals. I ended up booking one of the BW's, the one on Katella, through AAA, and I'll go in to the office to get tickets sometime, you also get free parking with AAA parkhoppers. We're going in late June for the pirates premiere, so know that for a couple weeks they will be setting up and taking down bleachers and the big screen, fantasmic! will be dark for awhile, and on the 24th there will probably be mayhem (but it will be fun 4th of July will be busier, weekends will be busier, and the more into the summer you get, the hotter it will get. Hope this helps

You might see if you can buy the tickets through AAA, thus still getting the free parking but not overpaying for the hotel. For our trip next month, I actually found that Get Away Today was cheaper than booking the pieces separately. GAT (and other travel places too, I imagine), can sometimes get you into a hotel that is "booked", since they buy blocks of spaces in advance. http://www.getawaytoday.com/ Good luck! I don't know anything about when is best to visit in the summer. We have our first summer trip the first week in June.

Started typing one thing and ended with another thought. Even with the AAA package fastpass option, you can only hold one fast pass for each fastpass ride. Without the AAA package, you can hold one fastpass at each park. Once your fastpass becomes valid or 2 hours passes after you got the fastpass (whichever comes first) you can get another.
