What I DID notice is that the floating effect for Leota is on and working properly, even better than I remember it before. The attic has nothing popping up from anywhere, the bride looks very different, and you hear voices saying " I do, I will" They sound like different voices each time you hear it. I did not hear the beating of the bride's heart, so if it is still audible I just didn't catch it and it is much quieter. She is still holding a boquet, no bloody axe. I did not see any pictures of previous husbands on the walls either, as projected, but maybe they will be adding more to that room. The hitchiking ghosts look about the same to me, they move their heads back and forth, but nothing more. Everything is clean and looking great, as would be expected after refurb. There is a ghost woman sitting in a rocking chair in front of the fireplace after you come around the corner from seeing Leota and I don't know if I have ever seen her before, also the two paintings of the men on the wall in that room turn and shoot at each other, don't know if I've ever noticed that before either.

I am annoyed by people doing that too, but I only did it once and I did it quickly and discreetly so I could get a better look at what went on in the attic during the refurb.

    Sorry.

And if the flash use was by accident or by an uninformed Guest, at least reminding them of the rule would get them to stop.

I don't make a habit of it, as a matter of fact, I believe this is only the second time I have ever done it in 34 years of visiting DL. The other time was to get a pic of the Chesire cat inside Alice in Wonderland and I was all alone, so I bothered nobody.

It is true though that in a ride like Haunted Mansion where the doombuggies are close together it is a rude thing to do and I have seen the error of my ways.

In fact if people are having fun I could careless because, really, how much are they bothering me?!

One question though, do you really hear people doing the spiel that often ?

Usually people are talking so loud and being so rude that I wouldn't even be able to hear it anyway.

If they are doing it, I guess it is kind of like people going to see Rocky Horror Picture Show and shouting out along with the movie, like a cult thing or something. Who knows ? Anyway, like you said, it doesn't really bother me too much what people do unless they are flashing a camera right near me or something.

All the time and the worst time for it is during the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay, but like I said it doesn't bother me THAT much. People are just out having a good time and that is cool with me.

Yes, It was said they will be adding alittle more everytime they update. These changes will be noticed overtime.

The shooting gag has been there since the ride opened. I think the Rocking Chiar lady has been there also. She's sorta close to the Fire Place. Perhaps she was moved abit?

Thanks for letting us know the latest updates,
    Kelly
