    I took an assertiveness course a while back, now. It taught me that it was okay to be wrong! I thought you had to absolutely sure you were right!

    I It's strange because in university I had all kinds of verbal presentations but that was related to nursing and so I had lots to say. But years later, I lost my confidence.
