I thought I would share this website with anyone who is thinking of driving to disney and comparing the cost to flying. With the way gas prices are going these days, this site helps out when trying to decide what to do.

One night on the road and we were there the next day... We didnt have the luxury of DVD's and big electronic games.. we kept the kids happy with old time fun... We learned from Sparky Griswald... LOL...

(bad planning on my part) I figured we will be leaving about 11 hours later than usual. We are planning to go as far as Gainsville, then we should be able to check in or at least be assigned a room by about 10 or 11. In the past we have always been able to check in as early as 10 a.m. Hope we have the same luck this trip!

That will be like a piece of cake compared to driving to Orlando. But, I do enjoy driving more than most people. My husband included....he hates driving long distances. He's not even looking forward to driving to Tennesssee. I will probably be stuck doing most of it.
