Greece - If something European is added, it must be well differentiated from current offerings. No more Scandavian, and Eastern Europe is weak. Greece adds unique culture, cuisine, language, and architecture. Thailand - No current Southeast Asian pavilions. Well differentiated from current Asian offerings. New food, language, architecture. Africa - tough call due to African presence at DAK, and political (in)stability on continent. DAK lends itself to romanticized, non-political Africa better.

Brazil works well since half of Sao Paulo shows up and the S. American continent is not yet represented. But it has no readily identifiable architecture or monuments to use(can't use the giant Christ on the hill either). So then why not bring in Peru and put up another Machu Picchu courtesy of the Inca. Australia should be considered since that is another continent to enter the showcase and it does have the famous Sidney Opera House structure to work with. Egypt with the ever recognizable pyramids and Great Sphinx of Giza will work fine too.
