I waited 15 minutes at the counter for pizzas that were already made (the place wasn't busy...there were 9 people behind the counter doing nothing) and the cast members were rude to boot! PLUS...the salads that came with the pizzas used to be decent sized salads in plastic containers with dressing on the side. Now it's a small cup of cucumbers, peppers, and PARSLEY (not even lettuce) drenched in some kind of oil. Not even edible in my opinion. Take my advice...eat somewhere else.

And, its time for those dry, cardboard burgers to go! (Village Haus, Hungry Bear, Tomorrowland)

Of course, I also had my all-time worst Disney burger meal there back in 1990 ... inedible and thrown out.

FWIW, I've never had a bad meal at WDW's version either ... and just tried DLP's for the first time and a very tasty soup and salad meal.

Sometimes, it really depends on the day, time and CMs working that can make your experience terrible, magical or somewhere in between!

    LOL.

The food and the service was very "un-Disney" in my experience in that the place was pretty unkempt, including dirty floors, and the CMs were, well, loafing. Both were very out of character according to my Disneyland experiences.

Having worked in fast food I know that it is very hard work and a little loafing is needed (and deserved) now and again but, the guest should never see you doing that - especially when they have two small children who are STARVING! LOL. This was about 2 years ago, maybe 3. We did get some really cool lunch pails though. They were a la POTC which was very out of character for where we were but I loved them. I'll see if I can throw a picture link up here later in case anyone cares.

One thing I wish they would add to the menu at the Village Haus - the Figaro Fries from its counterpart at the MK! They sound weird, but they're actually pretty good...
