Both my Mum and Brother do not do any of the rides you mentioned and they have really enjoyed soarin as well. Good Luck !

The movement is smooth, and the height varies depending on what row you're in. However, my Mother in Law, who did Screamin, Space Mtn, and the other Mtns, with only a bit of trouble, finds this to be the worst one. She really does not like heights, and the flying effects give her some vertigo, I believe. She just closed her eyes and was fine. : )
