And to add to the list of people we hate my brother is seeing the film next week at a preview screening. So we don't like him anymore either. I think this film will do huge business here in the UK and it wouldn't surprise me if it beat King Kong at the box office. Us Brits have a soft spot for this story. The book was voted into the top 10 books of all time in a national poll a few years back. I'll be there on opening night!!!

But now, no more. This has the potential to be amazing. And my little nieces are a great barometer for what will do well, and all they talked about this Thanksgiving weekend was Narnia. My five-year-old niece even goes around naming the four kids. Definitley a good vibe.

My brother has read the books, and he told me that this first one is the only one that really was any good. Is he right? Is the first book the only one that was worth reading and making a movie of or is he just being picky? http://www.newlineagefilms.com
