Cast members were enormously patient of our exceptionally limited Japanese. The shows were incredible (especially Big Band Beat & Mystic Rhythms, I finally got to meet Marie (who seemed to have a bit of ADD), my husband got to meet Bernard, even little things like the incredible apple tea soda, and seeing how cleared out of goodies the confectionary was by the end of the day! I'll never ride MK's Pooh again, really I don't want to step foot in MK ever again. We went to Tokyo for 14 days, and spent 4 of them in Disney heaven! 2009 is slated for our next trip, can't wait to try out the Disneyland Hotel!

At $78 per day at the MK versus $50ish at TDL, what have they given you at the MK to actually make you want to go back? Only people who don't get out much would contradict the facts, which you so eloquently claim based on your own experience. I am quite happy for you, and would love to read more about your experiences at TDR. Trips report please!!

Even though there are archways, I think TDL lacks this "magic moment" of a sudden and defined transition that you really notice. But in the big scheme of things, it's just not that important. I'm usually so excited at getting there that it doesn't matter.
