I was in the room with Rex when he passed away and i have never seen a dog put down before. I cant stop thinking about him layingon the table lifeless. Lauren is in a wheel chair and suffers from a neuological disease, and Rex has been her crutch. I am affraid that Laurens health will be affect by Rex's death. We came home today and it doesnt feel the same without him. I have been very upset and crying all day, his death reminds me of losing my dog starr. I dont expect any advice for Lauren and i because i know the only thing that heals is time. I just wanted to write down my feeling for today and i thank everyone for understanding the pain i am feeling. Tasha

I feel so bad for Lauren, she did everything she could do for him and Rex was her whole world. He was a special dog he lived a long life for a big dog and many people loved him. Sara Tonin was pip a dachshund? i have a mini named chelli and she has a big personality.
