If you don't have a FP, that means you will be spending a while outside, even if there is almost no wait for the attraction. While Indy is one of the rides where it makes sense (theoretically) to have FP, the setup of the queue just doesn't work for it. The standby queue is always outside, and there's always a long wait after you merge with FP, so it doesn't really benefit either group.

The FPers spent at least a good 15-20 minutes inside with everyone else. Pretty much, don't expect a 5 minute or less wait like other attractions do that utilize the FP. It seems like you get on the ride in half the time of what the stand-by time reads with the FP.
