Might just avoid the place. Oh and SJHYM, you don't need PI admission to get into Raglan Road in PI. BarryB.

My wife is 1st gen Irish - mother from Kerry and father from Mayo -- a few years ago I spent a good deal of time in some of the pubs in Kenmare and surrounding area ( as well as more touristy Waterford-- and you're right in that they are different - but there are some in Chicago that are pretty darn close to the same environment....I had a brilliant time there though p.s. smoking is still allowed in most of ours - I am still stunned about that by you...even though I myself no longer smoke and haven't for a long time ( bar the occasional cigar on the golf course --shh,nothing to VBmom on that one

Is there going to be food served in there as well??? As for this venture not being done with Disney money... just take a look at the other end of DTD where Earl of sandwish is the best thing to happen to DTD in a while.

But Disney felt it could make more money by again leasing the land to an outside vendor. So as long as something had to replace the Jazz Club, I'm glad it's something of quality. At the risk of sending vbdad55 into some apocleptic seizure, Disney could have bulldozed the club, let the site sit vacant as an eyesore for a decade and then added a playground (now needed since they actively go after the family demo in a last-gasp effort keep PI alive).

I too am glad that something replaced it-- and from the history of those opening this place-- it should be excellent.....
