I was thinking about hitting DL early entry on Saturday the 1st, then going to Knott's mid morning and returning to DL around 9pm to close the park. Is that enough time or should we plan to be there the entire day? The hours posted on their website show 10am-10pm. Hubby and I love the extreme rides so we need time to take them all in? Thanks in advance for any tips.

I would say that if you only go on everything once than half a day may be long enough but if you enjoy going on rides more than once you may consider just making a day of it & maybe going to lunch or dinner at Mrs Knotts Restaurant in Market place. I love that restaurant!

(side note) They used to re-theme the log ride at christmas time (don't know if they still do)

I hope if you go your exp. is much better than ours!!! :)

I hope if you take them up on the free day, your family will be treated much better.
