Originally Posted By Darkbeer You have to remember that the TV Networks have to agree to the dates, and this is the first week of the official new TV season (The week after the Emmy's), so the networks were not willing to give up a "good" TV night, and more than likely offered just Friday and Saturday to the candidates for the debate.
