After living separately from my husband of 50 years for a week; I invited him to lunch today. I will admit that I have enjoyed the solitude of only having to take care of myself during this Omicron crap. But I was starting to miss him. Today I had made a little too much lunch and we are both feeling a lot better so I asked him if he wanted to meet me on the deck for lunch. It was a beautiful sunshiny day. We sat at the picnic table on opposite ends but we got to talk face to face. We would be testing but tests are just too hard to get. So we are going to wait until Friday when we should both be negative for sure. Then he can move back in and we can go to brunch with friends on Saturday.

Another silly simple pleasure is getting on our phones every evening at 7 to watch Jeopardy! Last Saturday we watched some monster Spider movie on Svengoolie.

    It's the little things.

Yes, little things is all we have, and the little things make the bigger things.

RIP Howard Hesseman. I enjoyed watching WKRP and Head of the Class as a kid.

I was so sad when I saw this news. *The Doctor* provided a great sense of comedy relief for us as the young parents of 3 children. I enjoyed every thing I ever saw him do.
