From the entrees currently listed on deb's site, I'd go with the chermoula roasted, farm raised chicken, or the wood-grilled filet mignon. Fromt he dessert menu, I think the coconut mhalba or apple spring roll would be best. And while the waiters there aren't sommeliers, they DO know their wine assortmnet VERY well and can suggest a great wine to go with whatever you choose.
