While the budgets and politics of different departments may provide obstacles, something is definitely wrong with the way things are run. I don't know how to make it better but I do know that a record breaking Finding Nemo (and others) deserve something grand.

POTS is getting really tiring and i think until the 50th we should just keep the trend on having movie themed parades. I remeber being blown away with the aladdin and lion king parades.
