It was bright and fresh and colorful, and livened the area up quite a bit. I see pacific wharf as a kind of nice food court, and not much more. It's certainly not sacrosanct and to be forever unaltered.

But overall I guess the area looks okay because it comes close to the authentic latino look that Olvera Street possesses.
